COMMON QUESTIONS

What file formats do you accept?
For laser engraving and cutting, we prefer vector files (.ai, .eps, .svg, .dxf). For 3D printing, we require .stl or .obj files. For DTF printing, high-resolution .png (300dpi) with transparent backgrounds gives the best results.
What is your standard turnaround time?
Standard orders ship within 3-5 business days. Bulk orders (50+ units) typically take 7-10 business days. Rush services (24-48 hours) are available for an additional fee depending on machine availability.
Do you provide design services?
Basic file repair is included. For complex design work or 3D modeling from scratch, we charge an hourly engineering rate. Contact us with your concept for a quote.
